Privacy Policy for Paint Factory

This Privacy Policy explains how Paint Factory ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App. Paint Factory is a casual color-mixing puzzle game published by Mazhar Haque (superappz).

1. Information We Collect

Paint Factory does not require an account, login, or any personal information (name, email, phone number) to play. We do not knowingly collect directly identifying information.

The following data is collected automatically through the App and the service providers that support its core functions:

a. Gameplay & Analytics Data

• An anonymous, device-scoped player identifier (auto-generated on first launch, not linked to your name or contact details)
• Gameplay activity: session start/end, round activity, color-match results, in-game currency earned/spent, player level/rank progress, and rewarded-ad views
• General technical data associated with this activity (device model, operating system version, app version, general country/region)

b. Advertising Data

• A device advertising identifier used to serve and measure ads
• Standard technical/device data used for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention (device type, OS version, IP-derived general location, ad interaction data)

c. Locally Stored Data

• Game progress (coins, unlocked content, settings) is stored locally on your device; a subset of these values (e.g. coin totals, level) is also included in the gameplay analytics activity described above.

We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data — the App does not request these permissions.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Operate and improve core gameplay and app performance
• Understand aggregate player behavior (e.g. which parts of the game are difficult, session length) to improve game design
• Serve and measure advertising, including rewarded video ads used to refill in-game resources
• Diagnose technical issues

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use collected data to build a profile of your real-world identity.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

Paint Factory relies on third-party service providers to deliver ads and gameplay analytics. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and may operate servers outside your country of residence. We select providers that are standard, widely-used platforms for mobile game advertising and analytics.

4. Advertising Identifiers & Your Choices

• Android: The App uses the Android Advertising ID for ad personalization and measurement. You can reset or limit this identifier at any time via your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• iOS: On iOS, the App requests permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework where applicable before any cross-app tracking identifier is accessed. You can allow or deny this when prompted, or change your choice later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• You may also opt out of personalized advertising in general through your device's ad settings or via optout.aboutads.info (where available in your region).

5. Children's Privacy

Paint Factory is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below so we can address it.

6. Data Retention

Analytics and advertising data are retained by our service providers according to their own retention policies. Locally stored game progress remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.

7. Data Security

We rely on the security practices of our infrastructure providers for data in transit and at rest. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of data associated with your device/advertising identifier. Because the App does not collect directly identifying information, most requests will be handled by resetting your advertising identifier and/or uninstalling the App, which removes locally stored data. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this same location with an updated effective date.
